Our polished plaster looks stunning in older and modern interiors. Polished plaster has a burnished effect looking particularly good against a stone or old wood finish. Our traditional lime finishes are also popular for outdoor plastering work, due to the long lasting, beautiful and durable finish.
We’ve worked on many beautiful properties throughout the county over the years. Here at L.J Richards, we pride ourselves on offering high-quality workmanship. We guarantee you will be nothing more than pleased with our work and finish.
Importantly, particularly for a lot of our customers across the country, we’re proud to say our services are eco-friendly and sustainable. All of our plaster products and cement are ecologically sourced.
A polished plaster finish can quite literally transform your building or home. Our team are specialists in creating beautiful micro-cement or polished lime finishes for your bathroom, walls, or stairways.
Microcement is a relatively new technique which in the hands of our master craftsmen can give you a truly stunningly beautiful finish. Especially popular with high-end hotels for their luxury suites, or enthusiastic East Sussex homeowners wanting to transform their houses using the latest techniques. Microcement is hard wearing, economical, and looks amazing.
There is a range of decorative plaster finishes suitable for internal buildings and homes. They include the very highly polished Venetian plaster and Marmorino to the rugged look of textured polished plasters.
Some of the polished lime finishes we offer are:
Lime Concrete.
Textured.
Marmorino.
Metallic Stucco.
Lucidato.
Polished plaster is mainly used internally, on walls and ceilings, to give a finish that looks like polished travertine, marble, or limestone. If you’re looking for something unique it’s also possible to mix these types of plasters to achieve a quite distinctive bespoke finish.
